Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the items are returned in brand-new, resalable condition. Please note that delivery charges paid by the customer are non-refundable, and the company will not reimburse any shipping costs.
To arrange a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a return enquiry. Kindly include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, and send your enquiry to eshop@auroraworld.co.uk.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. We will notify you via email once we receive your return and process your refund. You can expect to be credited within five business days. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility, for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
We refund the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Please note it is your responsibility to pay for the costs associated with returning the goods.
Damaged/Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no obvious damage. If you receive any defective items, please contact us via our Get in Touch page and submit your concerns to our customer service team.
If you receive any damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging material and paperwork for your order in the case of any shipping damage.
Refunding Delivery Charges
We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when you are returning less than the full order.
If you are returning faulty product(s) then we will reimburse you for the standard delivery cost of returning the product(s) to us.
Returning Items Outside the Returns Period
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods we will not accept returns for orders that are outside their returns period.
Promotional Refunds
If a promotional code/discount was used when completing your order, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
